I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Athens, and I work as a trainee lawyer at the law firm "Tsantinis." My involvement with Bioethics started in October 2020 when I began my internship at the National Commission for Bioethics and Technoethics, where I conducted a comparative study on the limitations of fundamental rights for addressing the coronavirus pandemic in countries within and outside the EU. At the same time, I hold a Master's degree in Bioethics (MSc in Bioethics) from the Department of Medicine at Democritus University of Thrace, where I completed my thesis entitled "Issues of Causality in Medical Liability and Its Proof." Lastly, I am a final-year student in the postgraduate program "Contemporary Medical Practices: Legal Regulation and Bioethical Dimensions" at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Department of Medicine, Law, Dentistry, and Theology, where I have written papers on medical negligence, advance directives, and I am currently working on my thesis titled "Medical Liability and Defensive Medicine."
